A conversation with the people doing the job daily — the owner, the person answering the phone, whoever gets the emails. The friction is always specific.

Flows, states, and edge cases first. Wireframes in Figma get argued over while they are still cheap to change.

Type, color, spacing, and components defined once, so page five costs a fraction of page one and everything stays consistent.

Built, documented, deployed, and explained in plain language. The files are yours, and nothing about them locks you to me.

Hi, I'm Sou. I run NomSou Services, a one-person front-end studio in Gainesville, Georgia.
What I like is the part nobody posts about. Getting a page to load fast on a bad connection in a parking lot. Making a contact form that actually sends. Finding the one sentence on a homepage that's doing all the work and giving it room to breathe. Small stuff, done carefully, that adds up to a site a business is glad to hand someone.
You'd be working with me directly, start to finish. I'll ask a lot of questions, I'll tell you when something's a bad idea, and I'll hand you code a person can actually read. No account manager, no handoff to someone you've never met, no template with your logo dropped on it.
